Chris Weitz will not direct third film, Eclipse (Entertainment Weekly)
Which will have a June 30th, 2010 release date (Access Hollywood)
Thankfully, the sequel WILL BE CALLED New Moon (E! Online)

Was it the best of the series? Could very well be. DICK CASABLANCAS GOT A ARROW IN THE HEAD. And he roasted the one girl in a sleeping bag over the fire, which is one of his best kills yet. AND THE GUY’S LEG IN THE BEAR TRAP - OUCH. Topless wakeboarding? Check. Big fucking knife slashing every one of those teens? Check. YEAH BABY.
